Trail Maintenance Notes: Long trail is in pretty good shape. Could use a few water bars in the first half mile or so, but you know... Vermont.

Bugs: So. Many. Black. Flies.  
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Pair of Head brand gloves at the start of the bushwhack.  
 
Comments
Comments: Quick hike up to Jay Peak and then a painful slog out to Big Jay. Trail wasn't too hard to follow, but it's VERY brushy. Definitely recommends long pants and shirt if you can stand it. I look like I've been in battle.
